Growing up in Kentucky, spending time at the beach was a rare occasion. Needless to say, I was thrilled when Ashley Bosnick Photography of Wilmington, North Carolina asked me to shoot a beach wedding with her. The beautiful white sandy beaches of Shell Island Resort were a stunning backdrop for this sweet and adventurous couple. Congratulations Jeff and Erin!!
I could not have been more excited to shoot this wedding at the Biltmore last month in Asheville, North Carolina! – if you haven’t toured the Biltmore house, you MUST add to your bucket list! Before the wedding, I must admit I was filled with a mix of emotions including nerves and a little stress as the clouds hung low with the chance of rain ALL day. Luckily, we only encountered a few rain drops. When I first met Patrick and Morgan a few weeks before their wedding, I was immediately at ease as they were one of the most laid back couples I have ever worked with. They made my job easy! I cannot wish Patrick and Morgan enough happiness in their marriage! Congratulations you two.
Being new to North Carolina, my first time traveling three hours north of Charlotte to Wake Forest did not disappoint! I was thrilled to have the opportunity to shoot this stunning wedding at The Sutherland Estate & Gardens with Philip Herndon Photography. I can not say enough positive things about this particular venue. It was a photographer’s dream wedding site. I was also encouraged to witness the sweet friendship between Jacob & Diane and their thoughtfulness toward family & friends.
